Microsoft Access

Cool Info FX allows you to export to Microsoft Access (.mdb) format. By default Access 2000 is used. If you wish to use the Microsoft Access 97 format, check the use Access 97 format from the options menu. 

To Export to Microsoft Access (.mdb) file format:

From the File Menu, click Export, then Export to file
Specify the location to save the data to
Choose the name that you would like to give the Text file 
Select .mdb from the dropdown menu box
Click SAVE

Tip:

· When using Microsoft Access be sure to Compact and Repair the database often, especially if it is used regularly, to avoid large file sizes.
