Battery Power
This section generally applies to Notebook computers.
- Battery Status – Displays the battery status.
- Hooked up to AC Power – Displays whether the computer is currently attached to an AC power supply or battery.
- Total Battery Life Left – Displays the length of time the battery has left before it needs to be recharged.
- Total Battery Life When Fully Charged – Display the Length of time the battery will operate when fully charged. This time displayed by Cool Info XP and the actual time it can be used can vary greatly depending on the quality of the battery, the age of the battery, the outside temperature, and the Operating System.
To open the Power section:
From the Cool Info XP View Menu, click on Battery Power.
