To use this web service you must be able to make SOAP requests over HTTP.
Request body part should signed using WS-Security and no password (access key) should be included in the SOAP message otherwise the request will be rejected.
If you plan to use the web service under the Microsoft .NET platform you must use the Microsoft WSE 2.0 SP3 library.
